We are looking for a Part-Time Office Manager China to join our team reporting into our President Greater China.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage and coordinate all office facilities related topics, including mail and courier services, office utilities, local contracts with external suppliers and safety & security office compliance matters
负责和协调所有办公室设备相关事宜,包括但不局限于快递服务,办公室公用设施,所有跟外部有关的合同,行政安全合规等 - Manage local employees’ travel booking and being the interface for international travel needs in alignment with the Headquarters
负责当地员工的差旅预定,必要的时候跟德国总部协调安排国际差旅 - Manage local IT vendors, ensure compliancy with company security policies and acting as interface for hardware and account management with the IT team in the Headquarters
负责对接当地IT供应商,确保公司安全政策落地中国的IT维护和账号管理当中 - Coordinate with finance vendors regarding the settlement of expense claims and invoices
與財務供應商協調費用報銷和發票結算事宜
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience in Business Administration, Executive Assistance or similar is strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in business English skills are essential
- Highly organized, attention to detail and highly motivated
- Previous experience in working within fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
- Ability to build relationships at all levels and influence change to help teams deliver value
- Very good emotional intelligence, empathy and collaboration with others are essential
- Hands-on mentality and capability to work keeping an holistic approach to all teams’ matters
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to exercise discretion and trusted handling of confidential information
