To support our China team we are searching for a Own App CX Localization Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Shanghai office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Oversee the localization process of the company's mobile application, ensuring it aligns with local market requirements and user preferences.
- Collaborate with Global IT and XCXD teams to integrate local features, languages, and design elements into the app.
- Work closely with Global IT to understand the global vision and ensure local alignment. Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Understand and have related experience with UX/UI.
- Ensure that all technical activities comply with global standards and local regulations.
- Manage localization projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and post-launch evaluation.
- Ensure that the app complies with local data protection laws and security regulations.
- Be experience with App and main site, expertise in WeChat IT ecosystem and localization and consumer journey.
- lead the communication with global IT team
- Being the IT person who maintain and manage all the IT devices in China office, including but not limited to office laptops/monitors/Conference call systems, guide local IT agency to do related preparation and set up for the IT things.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Solid experience in leading technical projects with local and global stakeholders with strong written and verbal English skills
- 10+ years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record in app localization and cross-platform development.
- Strong technical expertise in mobile app development, project management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between local and global teams.
- Fluent English in writing and speaking.
- Reliable with very hands-on attitude.
- Be familiar with local APP environment and IT knowledge.
