WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Oversee and manage the performance, development, and day-to-day operations of the West Coast Personal Shopping team
- Serve as a leader and mentor, fostering a high-performing team culture and ensuring alignment with global personal shopping standards
- Set strategic goals and KPIs for the team in collaboration with senior leadership
- Ensure the West Coast team delivers best-in-class service to Mytheresa’s top clients, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Support the team in driving sales growth and customer retention through personalized service and data-driven strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the buying, brand marketing, and operations teams to maximize business opportunities
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of team-wide selling strategies, customer engagement programs, and operational improvements
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in fashion, lifestyle, and e-commerce to continuously evolve the team's offering
- Report directly to the Head of Personal Shopping, North America
WHO YOU ARE
- 3–5 years of leadership experience, preferably in luxury fashion and/or e-commerce
- Proven experience managing or overseeing a sales or client service team
- Strong coaching and team development skills
- Deep understanding of luxury client expectations and customer service excellence
- Highly organized, results-driven, and strategic in thinking
- Passionate about fashion, innovation, and leadership
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
