To support our Personal Shopping team we are searching for a Teamlead Personal Shopping West Coast (f/m/d) to be based in our New York office.

For our newly created personal shopping team, we are looking for passionate, service-oriented and hands-on Personal Shopping Managers to build our US + Canadian business.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Oversee and manage the performance, development, and day-to-day operations of the West Coast Personal Shopping team
  • Serve as a leader and mentor, fostering a high-performing team culture and ensuring alignment with global personal shopping standards
  • Set strategic goals and KPIs for the team in collaboration with senior leadership
  • Ensure the West Coast team delivers best-in-class service to Mytheresa’s top clients, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Support the team in driving sales growth and customer retention through personalized service and data-driven strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the buying, brand marketing, and operations teams to maximize business opportunities
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of team-wide selling strategies, customer engagement programs, and operational improvements
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends in fashion, lifestyle, and e-commerce to continuously evolve the team's offering
  • Report directly to the Head of Personal Shopping, North America

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3–5 years of leadership experience, preferably in luxury fashion and/or e-commerce
  • Proven experience managing or overseeing a sales or client service team
  • Strong coaching and team development skills
  • Deep understanding of luxury client expectations and customer service excellence
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and strategic in thinking
  • Passionate about fashion, innovation, and leadership
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
