To support our Public Relations team we are searching for a Team Lead Events North America (f/m/d) to be based in our New York office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead planning and execution of luxury events across markets, ensuring concepts align with business goals and brand standards
  • Develop all event documentation, including timelines, briefs, run-of-show, and post-event reports
  • Manage and mentor a two-person events team while serving as the main contact for internal partners
  • Collaborate with global events to align calendars, creative direction, and tracking
  • Oversee venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, budgets, and all logistical elements (catering, décor, AV, photography, gifting, guest experience)
  • Partner with Personal Shopping, Marketing, and PR to curate guest lists and drive high-value attendance
  • Build and manage relationships with brand partners, sponsors, designers, and talent, and lead on-site hosting for a white-glove experience
  • Track event performance and present insights and ROI to senior leadership

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • 4–6+ years of event planning experience, ideally in luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience leading small teams or direct reports.
  • Proven track record executing 360° brand events end-to-end.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and budgeting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills; confident working with executives, VIP clients, and external partners.
  • Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends for live events.
  • Previous experience in luxury fashion, e-commerce, hospitality, or agency setting.
  • Preferred experience working with global teams or cross-border stakeholders.
