To support our Marketing team we are searching for a Partnership Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our New York office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Identify, pitch, and secure strategic marketing partnerships that align with brand goals and customer interests
- Develop partnership strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and/or revenue growth
- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements including terms, deliverables, and marketing exposure
- Project manage end-to-end campaign activations, from concept to execution, ensuring timely and flawless delivery
- Track and analyze the performance of partnerships and report ROI and impact to leadership
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and continually explore opportunities for collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on messaging and branding
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partnership best practices
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in marketing partnerships or brand collaborations
- Proven track record of managing successful partnerships from negotiation through execution
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and performance reporting
- Creative thinker with strong business acumen and a collaborative spirit
