Junior Events Coordinator - North America

To support our Customer Experience team we are searching for a Junior Events Coordinator - North America to be based in our New York office.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Events Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of personal shopping and brand events for Mytheresa North America. This role is ideal for someone with a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for curating visually refined, luxury-driven experiences. You will play a key role in bringing our brand’s elevated vision to life through flawless execution and thoughtful precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead vendor sourcing and relationship management in new and emerging markets, ensuring all partners align with brand standards and deliver premium service through clear communication, timely execution, and accurate invoicing.
- Act as a liaison between the events team and personal shopping team to manage client event relations, i.e. car bookings, accommodations, pre and post event gifting, event faceboards, and event RSVP’s
- Track and evaluate expenses, ensuring effective cost management and that all events adhere to the required budget
- Support the events team for all communication materials, including development of internal event proposals and external creative branded invitations
- Participate in on-site event execution. Have a strong sense of production schedule, deliverables and feasibility. Be able to alert early & quickly when faced with roadblocks, and to be quick to provide alternative solutions
- Manage event inventory, packing lists, and shipment logistics pre- and post-event
- Analyze all event results according to the relevant KPIs (attendance, sales, ROI, etc.)
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related field
Experience supporting the execution of client-facing activations with luxury brands preferred
Demonstrated ability to multi-task across projects with tight timelines and shifting priorities
Highly detail-oriented, with a reputation for thoroughness and follow-through
Comfortable liaising with internal cross-functional teams, high-value clients, and external vendors
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Google Suite
Genuine interest in luxury fashion, art, design, and gastronomy
Sharp aesthetic sensibility aligned with the Mytheresa brand image
Professional demeanor and poise under pressure; able to represent the Mytheresa brand confidently
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed for events
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
