At Mytheresa US, managing global clients and creating exciting experiences for our VIPs keeps the Personal Shopping and Client Relations Team busy. With a focus on bespoke international and local trunk shows, the Team curates enviable fashion edits with above-and-beyond flair, closing the gap between online and offline shopping experiences.
To support our International Team, we are currently seeking an intern, who will be based in our office in New York City.
Hourly Rate: $15.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Support the Personal Shopping client journey
- Assist in supporting the client journey by ensuring an exceptional luxury shopping experience for our top clients
- Support Personal Shopping team with operational tasks i.e. adding reservations, processing orders, arranging pick-ups and returns, label creation, hold and memo process etc.
- Assist Personal Shoppers with creating edits and organizing outreach
- Assist with events when necessary, from set-up to breakdown
- Assist Personal Shopping with appointments for clients
- Provide administrative support
Key Qualifications:
- Self-starter who is always proactive and able to assist Personal Shoppers to drive business
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong computer skills and some knowledge and experience with digital sales
- Strong sense of urgency
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
