To support our team we are searching for a Head of Personal Shopping for East Coast (f/m/d) to be based in our New York office.
WHO YOU ARE
- A strong leader with proven experience managing high-performing sales or clienteling teams within luxury retail or e-commerce.
- Highly client-focused, with a deep understanding of how to build, nurture, and grow relationships with high-value and VIC customers.

- Data-aware and analytical, able to interpret performance metrics and identify opportunities to optimize sales and client engagement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead and develop the East Coast Personal Shopping team, managing performance, setting clear sales targets, and driving regional revenue growth.
- Drive commercial performance and client engagement, ensuring each Personal Shopper achieves a €100K monthly net revenue target after the six-month ramp-up period while supporting consistent year-on-year team growth.
- Identify and maximize sales opportunities by optimizing existing client relationships, developing strategies to increase spend from current clients, and cultivating new high-value customer relationships.
- Inspire, motivate, and coach the team, fostering a high-performance culture with ambitious yet achievable targets and a strong focus on client experience and sales excellence.
- Develop and implement new sales strategies and tools to enhance team performance, improve customer experience, and ensure successful adoption across the team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CX, Distribution Center, Events, and other internal teams to improve VIC service levels, strengthen operational processes, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Lead and support client activations and brand partnerships, acting as the brand liaison for in-person activations while overseeing consignment management and ensuring compliance with internal processes.
