To support our international team we are currently searching for a full-time employee as Junior Client Support Manager (f/m/d) based in our office in Aschheim.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITES
- Lifecycle management of hardware, operating systems, drivers, firmware and applications.
- You will support clients (Mac and Windows, iOS), provision hardware for new employees, and configure, test, and hand over hardware to future colleagues.
- User training for operation and handling of IT components
- Work closely with the Applications & Support team
- Participation in the development of new projects which are evaluated in collaboration with other departments
- Entry into the responsibility of individual systems
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable degree. Lateral entry is possible with suitable previous knowledge
- Knowledge of the management tools Baramundi and Jamf Pro is an advantage
- Ideally first experience in the administration of macOS as well as iOS
- Experience with CLI and Shell is an advantage
- Sociability, ability to work in a team and reliability
- Broad interest in the field of IT, flexibility in terms of content
- Good knowledge of English and German
