To support our AI Applications team team we are searching for a Working Student AI Applications - Munich (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

As part of the AI Applications Team and the Data & Analytics Department within LuxExperience, you will:

  • Transform customer data and insights into actionable automated personalised content
  • Plan, Implement, Coordinate, and Monitor third party tools for targeting and personalization
  • Continuously optimise, monitor, and do quality check-ups of existing processes and already implemented tools
  • Work alongside technical teams to integrate data between different tools & databases
  • Support Business Stakeholders in using implemented tools to their full potential

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Student of (business) informatics, computer science, economics, business administration or other relevant field
  • High affinity to online marketing / e-commerce with an analytical mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills with a good knowledge of Excel
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and understanding of APIs and ETL processes, or willingness to learn
  • First experience in CRM, Online Marketing, or Project Management is a plus
  • First experience working with campaign management, personalization or product data feeds tools is a plus
  • Pro-active, solution-oriented and willing to improve existing processes
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English

  • We offer a salary of 16 Euros per hour for this role.
