To support our Return Departement we are searching for a Supervisor - Returns (f/m/d) to be based in our warehouse in Heimstetten.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Motivation and development of the team
- Staff planning of the department
- Participation in preparing work instructions
- Ensuring a smooth flow of incoming goods process with the team
- Responsible for a smooth collaboration with suppliers
- Continuous optimization of work processes for an increase in efficiency
- Strong collaboration with other departments (e.g. Warehouse, Incoming Goods, Customer Care)
- Active cooperation within logistics-related projects
WHO YOU ARE:
- Completed training e.g. in the field of warehouse logistics, retail or wholesale trade
- First experience in team management and a strong sense of teamwork
- Excellent verbal and written knowledge of English as well as very good German
- Assertiveness, organizational and diplomatic skills, communication ability and very good social manners
- Flexibility, Hands-On-Mentality and resistance to stress
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office, experience with ticketing and ERP systems preferred
