WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Serve as the go-to expert for IFRS technical accounting matters, including complex areas such as share-based compensation, business combinations, and impairment testing
- Play a leading role in preparing our quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS, and contribute to SEC filings for our NYSE-listed parent
- Take ownership of corporate finance topics related to a recent transformational acquisition, working closely with external advisors and supporting integration, reporting alignment, and valuation topics
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors, ensuring smooth quarterly reviews and annual audits while maintaining a strong control environment
- Collaborate with investor relations and legal teams on disclosures, financial narratives, and ad hoc investor requests, ensuring messaging aligns with financial performance
- Continuously enhance our financial reporting processes, including leveraging our LucaNet-based consolidation and reporting environment
- Lead strategic finance initiatives across accounting, tax, legal, and treasury, with broad visibility across the group
WHO YOU ARE
- You bring a degree in finance, accounting, or business administration, along with several years of experience in financial reporting, audit, or a comparable role in a multinational environment
- You are a qualified CPA, ACCA, or equivalent and bring a deep understanding of IFRS accounting standards, with hands-on experience in areas such as share-based payments, leases, and financial instruments
- Experience at a Big 4 firm or similar professional services environment is considered a strong asset
- You have experience preparing or auditing consolidated financial statements, ideally in a listed group context
- Familiarity with SEC reporting (e.g., 6-K, 20-F) and reporting tools like LucaNet is a strong plus
- You are confident engaging with auditors, advisors, and senior stakeholders, and can communicate complex financial topics clearly—even to non-finance audiences
- You bring a problem-solving mindset—where others see complexity, you see opportunities to simplify, improve, and build better processes
- You work well under pressure, thrive in a high-growth, fast-changing environment, and enjoy driving topics independently
- Fluent English skills (spoken and written) are required
