To support our Management Assistance Team we are searching for a Receptionist (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Welcoming and assisting customers, guests and business partners
- Receiving and forwarding telephone calls and emails
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Organising meeting rooms and catering, as well as providing internal event support
- Ensuring a tidy and professional appearance in the reception area
- General office organisation and coordination
WHO YOU ARE
- Completed training in the commercial sector or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in the reception or customer service industry is an advantage
- Friendly, professional manner and good social skills
- Excellent communication skills in German B2 or English C1
- Confident use of MS Office and modern communication tools
- Organisational skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a team, initiative and a positive work attitude
