Production Support Manager (f/m/d)

To support our international team we are currently searching for a full-time employee as Production Support Manager (f/m/d) based in our office in Munich.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • The main goal is to become an important part of the shop management team, being responsible for identifying customer-driven issues, that turn out into improvements for all of the digital web applications in Mytheresa.
  • Be the first contact point for all of the internal stakeholders, managing incoming issues and requirements for all our digital products applications.
  • Be responsible for setting up, testing, and checking promotions for our customers within our promotion engine.
  • Observe the e-commerce and infrastructure KPIs using our monitoring systems, and initiate further actions and processes, to understand the implications between the issue & impact for the mytheresa customers. 
  • Take a big role in improving customer satisfaction by understanding, estimating & prioritizing issues, and estimating the impact for both the customers and the business.
  • Understand the impact by assuming the role of a proactive incident manager and make sure to communicate transparently within our emergency channels. 
  • Ensure high product quality by keeping an eye on periodic tests on all mytheresa products.
  • Use the knowledge and experience of the several sub-teams within the shop management like web analysis, product management, and user experience and create a customer-centered shopping experience.


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • 1-3 years working experience in a support role, ideally in e-commerce, or related to digital projects.
  • Successfully completed a Bachelor or higher degree in technical,  commercial studies or comparable education.
  • You are passionate about evaluating and solving problems with attention to detail.
  • You have eager to continuously learn and broaden your knowledge.
  • Hands-on, service-oriented, and customer-driven person.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
