(Senior) Payment/Fraud Coordinator (f/m/d)

The finance team is responsible for a range of administrative and operational tasks at Mytheresa. This team is broken down into administrative roles such as accounting, controlling and corporate finance, as well as analysis by the business intelligence team. From an operational perspective, the payments and customs teams ensure a smooth and secure order process by managing all transactions with our customers and processing merchandise outside of the European Union. This team also manages all our legal topics.

 

To support our international team we are currently searching for a full-time employee as (Senior) Payment/Fraud Coordinator (f/m/d) based in our office in Aschheim.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Fraud check of orders and handling of all customer related payments/refunds.
  • Monitoring and tracking of fraudulent orders, 2nd level support for payment related requests.
  • International fraud management: identification, analysis and assessment of suspicious fraud patterns.
  • Development of fraud prevention procedures as well as maintenance and development of internal scoring tools.
  • Close collaboration with different departments involved in the process (e.g. Customer Care, Returns, Accounting and IT).

 

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Completed commercial education.
  • First experience in payment, fraud or e-commerce.
  • Ideally experience in processes and handling of chargebacks and disputes
  • Understanding of processes and interest regarding international payment methods.
  • Individual initiative and hands-on mindset.
  • Reliability and foresighted thinking
  • Enjoying teamwork and willingness to take reponsibility.
  • Conscientiousness in the handling of customer data.
  • Very good level of German as well as English (spoken and written).
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office.
