To support our Curated Partnerships team, we are searching for a Curated Partnerships Manager based in our Munich office.
The Curated Partnerships team is implementing, monitoring and growing a direct model with some of our leading brands, liaising with all departments within the business to manage the partnerships across our different LuxExperience group stores.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Management of a portfolio of partnerships, ensuring alignment across all internal departments in collaboration with the Head of Curated Partnership
- Act as the primary contact between curated partnership brands and internal departments, proactively facilitating communication, providing clear briefings, and ensuring all contractual obligations are fully understood and executed.
- Consolidate internal reporting, conduct analysis and business reviews with CPM brands
- Work on a business planning together with brands and internal stakeholders to create strong promotional plans and exclusive content
- Lead the end-to-end launch process for potential new curated partnerships, coordinating implementation with partners and internal stakeholders, identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks.
- Support negotiations with brands, covering timing, IT development requirements, and seamless integration with company processes.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.
- 4-6 years of commercial experience gained within a dynamic retail, e-commerce, or brand environment.
- Ability to manage projects independently
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills and sense of ownership, adherence to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of the luxury industry and advanced understanding of e-commerce processes and platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at various levels.
- Proven ability to cultivate and nurture strong, lasting relationships with both internal departments and external partners.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, combined with robust analytical capabilities and a proven aptitude for data-driven decision-making.
