Head of Top Customer Marketing (f/m/d)

To support our Brand Marketing team we are searching for a Head of Top Customer Marketing (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Drive and implement our vision of customer empathy across all customer groups starting with the top customers
• Responsible to develop clienteling activations in close collaboration with Personal Shopping and Events Teams targeting especially top customers
• Responsible for digital and physical top customer communication
• Responsible to oversee KPIs for top customers in order to develop activities from it
• Collaborate closely with our brand partners for special projects
• Support the Personal Shopping Team in creating tools that help to serve the customer in a better way
• Liaise closely with Customer Experience and CRM, and with our subsidiaries in China and US
WHO YOU ARE
• Bachelor degree or equivalent (Masters preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of work experience, preferred in the field of luxury goods / luxury hospitality and/or e-commerce
• Strong understanding of customer needs and customer-centric thinking
• Strong business sense and analytical understanding
• Great team player, multi-tasker, creative thinker and be able to understand the art of serving the customer by having flawless attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Result-oriented and operational – hands on mentality
