To support our Copy team we are searching for a Junior Copy Editor French (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

  • Write creative copy for daily business and editorial campaigns including brand biography, newsletters, homepage and social content

  • Sub-edit copy across all French speaking channels, providing constructive feedback to the team members as needed

  • Write accurate and concise product descriptions following tone of voice for daily uploads

  • Sub-edit product descriptions and monitor their accuracy as well as tone of voice

  • Participate in creative workshops, brand trainings and new projects aimed at team development

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure a consistent Mytheresa’s style and tone of voice

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Native French speaker with excellent written and verbal skills as well as including a strong grasp of spelling and grammar

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English

  • Education or experience in translation, creative writing, journalism, literature or fashion-related subjects

  • Good knowledge of industry trends, luxury brands and textiles in fashion and lifestyle

  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills. Experience managing deadlines and/or translation coordination desirable

  • Familiar with digital organizing tools, MS Office and CMS systems desirable

  • Experience writing SEO and fashion-related copy in e-commerce, editorial or digital media environments desirable

  • Ability to perform independently
