To support our Claims team we are searching for a Junior Claims Specialist (f/m/d) Aftersales Service to be based in our warehouse in Heimstetten.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Correspondence with our international suppliers regarding the processing of complaints, including the evaluation of the goods
Close cooperation with our Customer Care and Personal Shopper Team
Coordination of the exchanges of goods and returns of goods
Creating shipment and customs documents, packing the returns as well as controlling the reviewed returns
Processing of credit notes and preparation for our Finance Team

WHO YOU ARE

Completed relevant commercial education
Very good knowledge in English and German, both written and spoken
Good communication skills with external partners, negotiating skills, discretion and diligence
Team player mindset and a positive working approach to be part of our success story
Ability to concentrate and loyalty
