To support our Claims team we are searching for a Junior Claims Specialist (f/m/d) Aftersales Service to be based in our warehouse in Heimstetten.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
 

  • Correspondence with our international suppliers regarding the processing of complaints, including the evaluation of the goods
  • Close cooperation with our Customer Care and Personal Shopper Team
  • Coordination of the exchanges of goods and returns of goods
  • Creating shipment and customs documents, packing the returns as well as controlling the reviewed returns
  • Processing of credit notes and preparation for our Finance Team

 

WHO YOU ARE 

 

  • Completed relevant commercial education
  • Very good knowledge in English and German, both written and spoken
  • Good communication skills with external partners, negotiating skills, discretion and diligence
  • Team player mindset and a positive working approach to be part of our success story
  • Ability to concentrate and loyalty
