To support our claims team we are searching for a Junior Claims Coordinator (f/m/d) to be based in our warehouse in Heimstetten.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Correspondence with our international suppliers regarding the processing of complaints, including the evaluation of the goods
Close cooperation with our Incoming Goods Team and Buying Team
Negotiations about discounts, SOR and/or valuta
Coordination of the exchanges of goods and returns of goods on commission
Creating shipment and customs documents, packing the returns as well as controlling the reviewed returns

WHO YOU ARE

Completed relevant commercial education
Very good knowledge of English and German, both written and spoken
Good communication skills with external partners, negotiating skills, discretion and diligence
Ability to concentrate and loyalty
