To support our App Experience team we are searching for a Junior App Experience Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

 

  • Execute app communication campaigns: scheduling push notifications and in-app messages, monitoring performance and optimizing segmentation to boost relevance

  • Apply Customer Lifecycle marketing and develop campaigns to drive customer engagement

  • Conduct continuous app performance analysis, reporting, and data analysis

  • Identify market trends, oversee competitors’ activities, and discover new opportunities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Onsite Management, and Creative, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience

  • Support app release and testing processes

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • Work experience in the e-commerce field, ideally in a mobile/app/digital marketing environment

  • Strong analytical skills with an understanding of e-commerce KPIs

  • Experience with A/B testing and performance analysis

  • Technical knowledge in the field of App/Mobile Device (iOS and Android)

  • Abbility to work independently and in a team environment

  • Creative and proactive, with a keen eye for details

  • Organized, with a strong capacity to take responsibility

  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
