To support our international team we are currently searching for a full-time employee as Intern Training & Development Customer Care (f/m/d) (f/m/d) based in our office in Aschheim.




  • Support with the implementation of onboarding and training programs

  • Assist with the design and development of presentations and training materials as needed

  • Coordinate scheduling for onboarding, training sessions and meetings

  • Arrange supplies for trainings

  • Attend training sessions to ensure smooth execution of the agenda

  • Create various forms for feedback surveys and assessments

  • Collect and analyse survey result data

  • Provide input on enhancing training assessments and other evaluation processes for required trainings 

  • Share thoughts and ideas openly; contributes to innovative culture




  • Keen interest in ecommerce as well as some previous experience in the service industry through studies or work

  • Excellent verbal and written knowledge of English, additional languages are a plus

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to make connections and articulate ideas

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task with changing priorities

  • Ability to work and problem solve

  • Maintain a positive attitude to continued learning and development

  • Bring a creative mind-set
