To support our team we are searching for a full-time intern to be based in our Munich office.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

 

  • Prepare, track and dispatch of E-Mail Marketing campaigns in several languages.
  • Assist in the creation of statistics, reports and monitoring of the main E-Mail Marketing KPIs.
  • Help optimize the Newsletters and the event-driven Mailings.
  • Take part in the planning and implementing of new mailing formats and E-Mail Marketing related projects.
  • Creation of the newsletter segments and targeting to retain the right customers
  • Support in different tasks in the EMM Marketing Team (Customer tickets, quality assurance, deliverability, Transactional mails, Triggered Emails).

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are currently studying or have just finished your degree in business science, data science, business administration, or similar

  • You can demonstrate a high degree of pro-active initiative, problem-solving mindset and result-oriented way of working

  • You have very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel

  • You show enthusiasm to work in the fast-paced environment of digital marketing

  • You have good written and spoken English language skills
