To support our E-Mail Marketing team, we are currently searching for a highly motivated Intern E-Mail Marketing (f/m/d).

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with several teams (CRM, Customer Experience, Retail, Brand Marketing, etc.).
  • Prepare, track and dispatch of E-Mail Marketing campaigns in several languages.
  • Help optimize the Newsletters and the event-driven Mailings.
  • Take part in the planning and implementing of new mailing formats and E-Mail Marketing related projects.
  • Creation of the newsletter segments and targeting to retain the right customers
  • Familiarized with the company´s current and potential customers.
  • Support in different tasks in the EMM Marketing Team (Customer tickets, quality assurance, deliverability, Transactional mails, Triggered Emails).

 

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Student of business studies, economics, marketing or a similar field
  • Team player mentality, reliability and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Very good written and spoken English, other languages are a plus
  • Good communication skill with proactive attitude, innovative, curious and passionate learner
  • Good organizational & management skills with ability to work in Cross-Functional teams
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with knowledge of MS Office and Email Marketing tools
