To support our Customer Experience team we are searching for a Intern Customer Experience (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Evaluate customer needs through desk research and competitor benchmark in the luxury fashion industry
- Support the CX managers to review and optimize all customer communication materialsto align with our tone of voice ensuring they are clear, concise, and emotionally resonant
- Create presentations of customer insights on a regular basis
- Manage smaller projects on your own
- Work with the large data sets in Excel, analyzing different KPIs and driving own conclusions with the use of graphs and charts
- Create ongoing reports, analyzing survey results with deep understanding of customers' preferences
WHO YOU ARE
- Have advanced studies in economics, business or marketing
- Have affinity for E-Commerce and Customer Centric Marketing
- Analytical, very good Excel and advanced Powerpoint skills
- Have distinct organizing ability, independence and team player mentality
- Have a quick apprehension, proactivity and a hands-on mentality
- Have attention to details and willingness to take over responsibilities
- Have very good written and oral English skills, German is a plus
