To support our Customer Analytics team we are searching for an Intern Customer Analytics Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Conception, planning, implementation, coordination, and monitoring of our 360° CRM Campaigns
- Realisation and Optimization of existing as well as new campaigns to retain and to attract customers
- Analyzing client data and developing strategies for each customer segment
- Measuring and analyzing campaigns together with our data analysts
- Defining KPIs and reporting campaign results to internal touch points
- Working closely with our Customer Experience, Retail, E-Mail Marketing, Online Marketing and Shop Management teams
WHO YOU ARE
- Currently pursuing or holding a university degree in Business Administration, Communications, Economics or a related field
- Excellent project management abilities, with analytical and strategic thinking
- Affinity for e-commerce, numbers and data analysis
- Team player with a reliable and collaborative mindset
- Results-driven, maintaining high standards of quality and precision
- Business-fluent in English
- Strong Excel skills
- Prior experience with CRM systems is a plus
