To support our Store team we are searching for a In-Store Stock Coordinator (w/m/d) (Mytheresa Store) to be based in our Mytheresa store in Munich.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Maintaining our warehouse in-store as well as keeping the recording of incoming and outgoing goods in our EDP and quality control in order
Distribution of goods in the store and the associated warehouses
Update and prepare the goods for return to our external warehouse in Heimstetten
Preparing the shipping of customer orders and handle claims regarding our courier service
Carrying out inventory checks
Support in returns processing
Merchandise Management
Answering and/or forwarding customer requests (phone calls)

WHO YOU ARE

Relevant work experience in stock-controlling is an advantage
Enjoy dealing with luxury products
Sensitivity and sense of responsibility for premium goods and customer
Structured work, reliability and ability to concentrate
Ability to work in a team, you have a forward-thinking mindset and take initiative
Experience in handling MS-Office Software and merchandise management programs (BC)
Good knowledge of German and English
