To support our XYZ team we are searching for a IT Administrator to be based in our Munich office.
Your Responsibilities in the IT Services Team

User Support & Service Delivery: Holistic support for our employees in 1st and 2nd Level Support (remote and on-site) while strictly adhering to our service quality standards.

Incident & Request Management: Structured analysis and processing of incidents as well as service requests within the entire ticket lifecycle management.

Digital Workplace Management: Configuration, provisioning, and lifecycle management of end devices (Windows, macOS, mobile devices) as well as proficient administration of various applications.

Process Optimization: Active identification and technical implementation of opportunities to automate recurring service tasks in order to sustainably increase the efficiency of IT services.

Project Support & Rollouts: Participation in the introduction of new service solutions as well as independent leadership or support of technical rollouts (e.g., site setup, conference room systems, or software standards).

Knowledge Management: Continuous creation and maintenance of technical documentation as well as user-oriented guides for our self-service portal.
Your Profile

Qualification: Successfully completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in an IT service environment.

Technical Know-how (Multi-Cloud & Hybrid):

Proficiency with the Microsoft ecosystem as well as practical experience in automation using scripting (e.g., PowerShell).

Experience in client management using Jamf and baramundi.

Versed in the use of collaboration tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

Bonus: Ideally, you have initial exposure to Google Cloud / Google Workspace – however, this is expressly not a mandatory requirement.
