To support our Size & Fit team we are searching for a Head of Returns Analysis, Fit Advisory and Measurement - Maternity Cover (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

  • Management of 3 teams in 3 different locations with regular contact to the team leads and teams to be up to date on the daily business and possible needs
  • Regular feedback sessions about the teams to the Vice President
  • Contact point for the teams for any kinds of issues or requests
  • Address and resolve Size & Fit-related issues promptly and effectively
  • Supervising IT projects of the teams
  • Return analysis
  • Occasional travels
  • Occasional collaboration with Talent Attraction to create job descriptions, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • 3 years or more in a leading position with direct management of a team
  • Knowledge of cutting and patterns 
  • Good understanding of processes and technical details with Interest in high Fashion
  • Solution oriented, able to work independent and very good communication skills
  • MS-Office and analysis skills: experience in using Business Intelligence tools is a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, Driver’s license (B) is a plus
  • Very good English skills and good German
