To support our CRM team we are searching for a Head of CRM (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.




  • You are responsible for leading analytical CRM at mytheresa, managing a cross-functional team of data analysts and CRM managers

  • The team owns mytheresa customer analytics incl. customer behavior modelling, personalization in communication and the shop as well as creating growth strategies for each customer segment / department group and targeted campaign communication

  • You drive the business and analytical roadmap, ensuring the team has the support and resources they need to excel in their areas of expertise

  • You encourage collaboration with other teams including Customer Experience, Retail, E-Mail Marketing, Online Marketing, Shop Management, BI, IT etc.

  • You help team members prioritize their projects and support when needed

  • You manage team members’ personal development, through regular one-to-ones as well as through formal feedback sessions and official appraisal processes

  • You are responsible for strengthening the team by identifying and hiring potential talents and this process won’t be subjected to the employer

  • You are responsible for navigating the company’s strategic plan..




  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Analytics, Marketing Automation, CRM or a similar role

  • Strong understanding of customer analytics and modelling (marketing attribution model is a plus), CRM business drivers and targeted customer communication

  • Strong management skills, analytical and strategic thinking

  • Very good Excel skills, hands-on experience in SQL

  • Hands-on experience in R or Python

  • Experience in advanced analytical modelling / predicative analytics projects

  • Fluent in Business English

  • Experience in leading a culturally diverse (project) team, working in a complex organizational environment and driving change across the organization and within your department
