To support our Payroll team we are searching for a HR Payroll Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Preparation of the monthly payroll in compliance with applicable tax and social security regulations, as well as handling all related follow-up activities
- Independent execution of reporting, notification, and certification processes, as well as correspondence with health insurance providers, offices, and authorities
- Responsibility for maintaining master data and managing absence records
- Correspondence with employees
- Participation in audits and year-end closing
- Preparation of evaluations, statistics, analyses, and reports
- Participation in HR projects and support in HR processes
WHO YOU ARE
- Completed commercial training / qualification as a tax clerk
- Initial professional experience in payroll accounting / HR administration
- Knowledge of working with DATEV, MS Office, Excel, and ATOSS
- Very thorough and precise working style with high reliability and flexibility
- High integrity, discretion, and absolute dependability
- Strong “hands-on” mentality
- Good spoken and written English and German skills
- Ability to work in a team, enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and initiative
