To support our HR team we are searching for a HR Coordinator - Country Focus: Italy to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Responsability for the HR administration along the entire employee life cycle
- Digital support for our employees with focus on Italy, England and Germany
- Maintenance of the personnel systems of the electronic personnel file
- Independent preparation of all certificates and working papers (employment contracts, references, vacation certificates, etc.)
- Administrative support for HR business partners in all personnel administration activities
- Close cooperation with our business partner in Italy
- Preparation of documents for the on-boarding process
- Administration and employee support in the use of electronic time recording
- Organization of further training measures and language courses as well as cooperation in HR projects and support in HR processes
WHO YOU ARE
- Completed commercial training
- Professional experience in human resources is an advantage
- Very careful and precise way of working with a high level of commitment and flexibility
- High integrity, discretion, absolute reliability and a distinctive “hands on” mentality
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and German
- Good knowledge of written and spoken Italian
- Good knowledge of MS Office, initial experience with HR information systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
- Ability to work in a team and enthusiasm, strong communication skills and initiative
