WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Responsibility for the entire HR administration throughout the employee life cycle within the HR department
- Maintenance and updating of the electronic personnel files
- Preparation of relevant certificates and work documents (e.g., employment contracts, references, leave certificates)
- Close collaboration with the HR leadership team to support an ongoing integration project
- Support in coordinating and communicating between various project streams and teams
- Monitoring the progress of project milestones and assisting in the follow-up of tasks
- Preparation of management presentations, reports, and project documentation
- Scheduling and coordination of appointments for the HR leadership team
- Organization of meetings, workshops, and other project-related events
WHO YOU ARE
- Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in HR in a growing, international environment is an advantage
- Experience in project participation or coordination, especially in transformation or integration projects, is a plus
- Very precise and structured working style with high commitment and flexibility
- High integrity, discretion, absolute reliability, and a strong "hands-on" mentality
- Excellent organizational skills and strong time management
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of MS Office, initial experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Team spirit, enthusiasm, communication strength, and initiative
