To support our HR team at LuxExperience we are searching for a HR Business Partner (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich or London office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to designated business units in both the UK and Germany, as well as partially in Spain and Italy building strong relationships with managers
  • Independently manage a variety of HR-related issues and act as a strategic partner to the people manager
  • Serve as a sparring partner, providing guidance to people manager on all personnel and labor law matters, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and assisting in conflict resolution
  • Support leaders in navigating key annual HR processes, such as performance evaluations and salary reviews
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with leadership, offering proactive strategic partnership that contributes to the successful implementation of company objectives
  • Drive various HR projects and take ownership of the conception, design, and execution of HR initiatives
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team on global HR initiatives and projects, ensuring local legal considerations are appropriately addressed

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • A completed degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with more than 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally within a dynamic environment
  • Solid knowledge of all relevant HR topics and experience across various HR functions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism, integrity, and responsibility when working with both employees and leaders
  • Flexible and adaptable to the changing demands of a fast-paced work environment
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
