To support our Events team we are searching for a Events Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

  • Lead and coordinate standout projects that align with the Mytheresa DNA, guiding junior team members in collaboration with senior colleagues and the Head of Events.
  • Champion seamless cross-functional collaboration by initiating clear communication between departments once project or event goals are set.
  • Support the planning and execution of high-impact events and special projects from start to finish - always keeping logistics, organization, and budget on track.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners such as location scouts, florists, caterers, and suppliers. Keep our database of go-to cities, venues, and vendors up-to-date and full of fresh inspiration.
  • Monitor and report on ongoing events and market initiatives, helping us stay ahead with innovative and trend-driven formats.
  • Craft exclusive, memorable moments for top clients to deepen their engagement with Mytheresa.
  • Ensure every event and initiative is a true reflection of our brand’s identity, values, and aesthetic excellence.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • You have 3–5 years of professional experience in luxury events - ideally within a high-end fashion or lifestyle environment, or a creative agency with luxury clients.
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and time management.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Sharp research skills and a creative mindset for curating unforgettable experiences.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a flexible, can-do attitude and readiness to travel.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
