To support our Customes team we are searching for a Director Customs (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office or in our Operations in Leipzig.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Responsible for the entire customs preparation and clearance process at Mytheresa for import and export

  • Development and implementation of projects to optimize and develop customs-related processes and setup worldwide

  • Taking over the coordination of cross-company customs clearance processes and internal consulting within the corporate setup on customs and foreign trade law issues

  • Ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations as well as accompanying foreign trade and customs audits

WHO YOU ARE

  • Ideally, a degree in business administration or business law, possibly with a focus on customs law / foreign trade law

  • Several years of experience in customs and foreign trade, ideally in B2C e-commerce with experience in leading teams

  • You have an analytical and solution-oriented approach to tasks as well as strong implementation skills

  • You communicate openly and directly and enjoy working in a team

  • You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
