To support our international team we are currently searching for a full-time employee as Conversion Manager (f/m/d) based in our office in Munich.




  • Become part of the Shop Management team and be responsible for identifying user needs and motivation, as well as independently developing user guidance concepts for all our Digital Web Applications

  • Be responsible for a smooth and successful 360° customer journey starting from the online marketing channel until the checkout through all our mytheresa digital products

  • Take action in creating test hypotheses, concepts, scribbles, mockups & interactive prototypes for all digital products to improve the customer journey and identify problematic funnels

  • Aggregate data and create dashboards from multiple sources and analyse online user behaviour, conversion data, customer journeys, and marketing channels

  • Join the transformation of the 360° customer journey on improving existing and creating new customer touch points

  • Bring your hypothesis to live by creating and leading CRO experiments projects along the complete customer journey with well executed and planned A/B tests





  • You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in conversion optimization, web analytics and A/B testing

  • Successfully completed a Bachelor or higher degree in technical,  commercial studies or comparable education

  • You are passionate about evaluating and solving problems with attention to detail

  • Hands-on, service-oriented, and customer-driven person

  • Excellent feeling for mobile usability and user interaction, customer journeys, and analytical understanding of e-commerce KPIs

  • Experience with wireframe tools, prototyping tools and other design programs (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Axure, Balsamiq, Adobe XD, Figma and similar)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus

  • Fluent in English
