To support our Team we are searching for a Client Advisor (f/m/d) to be based in our Mytheresa store in Munich.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Provide expert service to our discerning national and international customers
  • Offer professional advice with the aim of not only meeting but exceeding customer expectations
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Represent our company with the right manner of expression, brand knowledge and customer focus
  • Work as part of a team to achieve the store’s goals together

 

WHO YOU ARE 

  • Enthusiastic and flexible with a passion for luxury fashion
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus
  • Strong ability to work in a team, ideally gained in a retail environment
  • Good English skills are desirable; additional language skills are welcome (e.g. Arabic, Chinese or Russian)
  • Relevant professional experience in the luxury or high-end retail sector is an advantage
