Accountant (Maternity Cover) (f/m/d)

To support our Accounting team we are searching for a Accountant (Maternity Cover) (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Checking, account assignment and posting of incoming invoices and travel expenses

  • Monitoring the invoicing process
  • Maintaining vendor master data
  • Processing payment transactions
  • Booking bank accounts
  • Monitoring open accounts (reconciliation work)
  • Assistance with and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Experience with DATEV is required
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
  • Fluent German skills (both written and spoken) and good English skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Organizational talent and a sense of responsibility combined with an independent way of working
