To support our Analytics & Insights team we are searching for a (Senior) Analyst Customer Analytics (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Be the go-to expert for customer analytics and customer behavior models
  • Create accessible, relevant, and actionable reports and dashboards, using multiple sources of data
  • Guide decision-making by providing strategic, action-orientated customer insights, highlighting potential business opportunities and risks
  • Take a leading role in the analytics team, championing best practices in advanced analytics, challenging the status quo, and advocating the use of data in decision-making across business stakeholders
  • Develop collaborative relationships with your business stakeholders and a deep understanding of their business areas, enabling you to develop hypotheses and make relevant, credible recommendations based on data-driven customer insights
  • Be a stakeholder to the data platform team, working collaboratively to develop a platform suitable for your analytical needs

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years in customer analytics or data science in digital/e-commerce, with proven impact through data analysis and behavioral modeling
  • Advanced SQL skills (data blending, query optimization, stored procedures, ETL); experience with Databricks and big-data environments a plus
  • Strong expertise in predictive modeling (Python/R); Tableau/PowerBI experience beneficial
  • Highly analytical, customer-focused mindset with passion for problem-solving and continuous learning
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex insights for stakeholders up to C-level
  • Degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Physics) or equivalent industry experience
