Teamlead Still Life (f/m/d)

To support our Still Life team we are searching for a Teamlead Still Life (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead and oversee the Still Life team and production cycle across all categories, including Womenswear and Menswear.

Plan and manage the workload for the entire Still Life team, including stylists and freelancers, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Drive team development by organizing and overseeing all training initiatives.

Set clear goals and targets, ensuring smooth production workflows and adherence to deadlines.

Take responsibility for the creative direction and quality of all Still Life imagery.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all Still Life requests across departments, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
WHO YOU ARE
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in working in a production studio / creative agency / luxury e-commerce.
- Previous experience in managing a team.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced studio or fashion production environment.
- Fluent in English.
