We are looking for an experienced Senior Production Coordinator (f/m/d) join our dynamic studio team in our Milan office. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the photo production process across on-model and still life shoots, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, hitting deadlines, and maintaining the highest creative and operational standards.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

  • Manage the end-to-end production workflow across all categories, including product, on-model, lifestyle, and video shoots
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate studio shoots
  • Lead the production planning process by proactively managing deadlines, resources, and budgets
  • Oversee daily studio operations, including talent bookings, resource allocation, and coordination with model agencies
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners regarding production topics
  • Resolve production challenges in real time and continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency 

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Proven experience in production management within a fast-paced, high-volume studio environment
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and production streams simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with great attention to detail
  • Deep understanding of digital and e-commerce production workflows
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment with changing priorities
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
