To support our Studio team we are searching for a Senior Product Library Coordinator (f/m/d) to join our dynamic team in our Milan office.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

  • Comprehend and be a source of knowledge regarding the logistic processes and its connection with the photo production process, and be a source of knowledge who is able to represent the Studio in both interdepartmental and external meetings
  • Proactively think of ways to improve efficiency and support its implementation
  • Ensure the data regarding the goods managed is organized and updated at all times, and maintain communication with the other logistic centers to ensure organization and alignment
  • Logistics main point of contact for deliveries and samples management
  • Supervise and support with the annual inventory
  • Ensure and advocate for goods to be handled with care and responsibility at all times



WHO YOU ARE

 

  • 5 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Experience within fashion ecommerce is a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office + Google Sheets is required
  • Italian and English written and oral skills required
  • Organized, reliable and resilient, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Care and responsibility when handling luxury goods
