To support our team we are searching for a Payment Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Being responsible for the effectiveness of payment solutions across different storefronts, ensuring strong and profitable relationships with different payment service providers and financial institutions
- Managing the daily business with existing and future payment service providers and external and internal stakeholders
- Close collaboration with internal key stakeholders such as business, tech teams, operations, customer care, legal & product teams
- Data and analysis driven evaluation, implementation and ongoing support of diverse projects in the payment area
- Data driven preparation of business cases and presentations to support strategic decisions for senior management
- Monitoring of the payments KPIs to provide insightful guidance on cost controlling, authorization rates, overall performances and future strategic development of the payment landscape
WHO YOU ARE
- At least 2+ years of relevant experience in the online payment field, like payment service providers, e-commerce, consultancy required
- International experience like managing global merchants or providers is preferred
- Project Management capabilities are required
- Deep understanding of best practices about international payment methods and technical setups in the e-commerce field
- Ability to hit the ground running, work precisely, adapt quickly and take an action-oriented approach focused on measurable results in our fast pace environment
- Personal initiative, a hands-on mentality, an analytical mind-set and independent way of working are important for the role
- Profound knowledge in MS Office is required, knowledge in Power BI and data visualization tools is a plus
- Excellent level of written and spoken English and Italian
