Head of English Product Copy (f/m/d)

To support our English Product Copy team we are searching for a Head of English Product Copy (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Own and evolve the English product copy voice — ensuring it embodies luxury, precision, and our products.

Develop scalable content frameworks for product descriptions and designer landing pages

Oversee the creation, editing, and continuous optimization of English product copy across all Luxexperience platforms.

Write or review product copy for key launches and high-visibility moments.

Ensure all content is accurate, compelling, and consistent in tone, grammar, and structure.

Implement a QA process to uphold linguistic and brand standards

Lead, mentor, and develop a t.eam of English product writers and editors.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Localization, Retail, Marketing, and Buying teams.

Provide editorial guidance to ensure English content serves as a high-quality “source of truth” for global translations.

Manage copy workflows and documentation, including tone-of-voice guidelines, style guides, and glossaries.

Partner with Data & Insights to test copy for engagement, clarity, and conversion.

Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, localization QA, and A/B testing insights.
WHO YOU ARE
-
8+ years of experience in product copywriting, UX writing, or content design — ideally within luxury, travel, or lifestyle sectors.

Proven track record of leading content teams and managing editorial standards at scale.

Deep understanding of UX principles, product design processes, and global content systems.

Exceptional writing and editing skills; mastery of tone, clarity, and brand storytelling.

Experience working with localization teams or in multilingual product environments is a strong plus.

Native-level English fluency (British or American).

A natural storyteller with impeccable attention to detail.

Deep appreciation for cultural nuance, elegance, and emotional engagement in language.
