To support our warehouse team we are searching for a Specialist Warehouseoperations to be based in Leipzig.

WHAT YOU WLL DO

Inbound/Outbound/WH (B2B):

  • Monitor all inbound/outbound activities, particularly verifying alignment between quantities shipped and received between the Brands warehouse and the Mytheresa facility. Insure good communication of short shipments/over-shipments/wrong shipments between internal Departments and the brand
  • Investigate and communicate stock misalignments during the inbound/outbound process.
  • Oversee product quality checks during the inbound/outbound process.
  • Support Claims in the RTV activities related to managing the return of damaged products to the Brand warehouse.
  • Oversee the process related to the inbound and outbound of goods for photoshoots 
  • Track the lead times associated with the photoshoot process/ items out of Warehouse.
  • Assist the Warehouse team in storing goods in the designated Brands area within the Mytheresa Distribution Centre.

 

Order and Return ( B2C):

  • Oversee and verify the fulfillment process and track KPI on fulfilment times
  • Oversee quality checks on returned items ordered by clients verifying whether they are in acceptable condition before processing refunds.
  • Reconditioning relevant items in protective packaging insure packaging stock is available
  • Assist in reallocating products to the dedicated Brand area within Mytheresa Warehouse.

 

Additional Duties:

  • Particular attention to stock alignment between the brand and Mytheresa systems – monitoring and supporting count activities for the brands
  • Perform random checks and audits on the brands stock in the Mytheresa Distribution centre to maintain inventory integrity and quality.
  • Coordinate communication between Mytheresa and the brands HQ teams before performing any exceptional activities that deviate from standard procedures.
