To support our warehouse team we are searching for a Specialist (m/f/d) to be based in Leipzig.

WHAT YOU WLL DO

• Optimize Team Processes & Help Define Standards: you ensure smooth operations, improve workflows, and help create clear work instructions and quality standards.

• Focus on Shipping & Warehouse Logistics: you monitor our warehouses, manage inventory, and ensure seamless procedures within the team.

• Bridge Between Teams & IT: you work closely with departments like Customer Service, IT, and Warehouse, and handle ticket processing in Jira for logistics-related topics.

• Stay on Top of live Operations, Solve Problems Early: you monitor live dashboards and our logistics cockpit, identify issues early, and take proactive measures.

• Be Hands-on & Think Ahead: you actively contribute to projects, spot optimization opportunities, and support both daily operations and the future development of our logistics.

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

·  Solid professional experience in logistics or alternatively a completed apprenticeship or university degree, ideally with a focus on logistics

·  Initial experience in team leadership is a plus

·  Experience in project work is an advantage

·  Strong written and spoken communication skills in both German and English

·  Assertive and communicative personality with diplomatic skills

·  Independent, structured, and reliable working style with strong organizational abilities

·  Confident handling of tools such as Jira (ticket & task management), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

·  Willingness to work in shifts (early and late shift) and on Saturdays
