To support our Warehouse team we are searching for a Shiftmanager (f/m/d) to be based in our warehouse in Leipzig.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Motivation and development of employees
  • Staff planning of the warehouse
  • KPI reporting and KPI based shift management
  • Cut off planning shipping
  • Ensuring a smooth flow of the warehouse
  • Continous optimization of work processes for an increase of efficiency
  • Strong collaboration with other departments
  • Active cooperation within logistics related projects

 

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Completed training e.g. in the field of warehouse logistics, retail or wholesale trade
  • well experience in labour planning
  • Excellent verbal and written knowledge of German as well as very good English
  • Assertiveness, organizational and diplomatic skills, communication ability and very good social manners
  • Flexibility, Hands-On-Mentality and resistance to stress
  • Solid working knowledge of MS-Office, experience with ticketing and ERP systems preferred
