To support our Logistics team we are searching for a Shift Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our warehouse in Leipzig.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

  • Motivation and development of employees

  • Staff planning of the warehouse

  • KPI reporting and KPI based shift management

  • Cut off planning for shipping

  • Ensuring a smooth flow of the warehouse

  • Continous optimization of work processes for an increase of efficiency

  • Strong collaboration with other departments

  • Active cooperation within logistics related projects

  • Implementation and further development of our staffing tool Atoss

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Completed training e.g. in the field of warehouse logistics, retail or wholesale trade
  • You are well experienced in labour planning
  • Experienced in leading and motivating a team
  • Excellent verbal and written knowledge of German as well as very good English
  • Assertiveness, organizational and diplomatic skills, communication ability and very good social manners
  • Flexibility, Hands-On-Mentality and resistance to stress
  • Solid working knowledge of MS-Office, experience with ticketing, ERP and Atoss systems preferred
