Service Technician (f/m/d)

To support our Team we are searching for a Service Technician (f/m/d) to be based in our warehouse in Leipzig.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Maintenance and servicing of conveyor systems, including sensors

• Performing maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on building systems such as climate control, fire alarms, security, and building automation

• Operation and troubleshooting of technical systems within the building, including heating, elevators, roller shutters, conveyor systems, doors, plumbing, climate control, and ventilation

• Acting as a point of contact for external service providers and maintenance partners

• Conducting minor repairs

• Independently identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues, as well as performing repairs or troubleshooting, possibly in coordination with equipment suppliers

 

WHO YOU ARE

• Completed education in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial mechanics, or a related area

• Relevant work experience in the respective fields and familiarity with safety standards

• Experience in maintaining machines and interconnected automated production lines

• Knowledge and experience in building systems, such as climate control, fire alarms, security, building automation, and conveyor systems

• Familiarity with handling process-relevant equipment in a warehouse

• Excellent communication skills and a respectful approach to colleagues, service providers, and craftsmen

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently

• High level of commitment, flexibility in terms of working hours (on-call and shift availability), and resilience
